About this work
The wider view of the coast, seen from high above. The sand runs in a warm gold band down the left, the water deepens from pale green in the shallows to a strong navy blue where the rocks sit, and the sky sweeps overhead in slow, cool bands. Notice how the rocks are placed like a punctuation mark across the middle, and how the eye follows the tide line all the way to the far shore.
