Watercolours
Small framed watercolours, mostly landscapes and coastal studies. Painted quickly and framed gilt.
The watercolours are quieter than the oils and often smaller: soft washes for sea and sky, gulls implied rather than drawn, a hint of a headland at the edge. Anahita works from studies made on walks, then finishes them in the studio.
Framed pieces on Bockingford or Arches papers, mounted behind glass. Prints of selected watercolours are available.
