The catalogue opens
Anahita's paintings, ceramics and works on paper are now online in one numbered catalogue, with prices, museum labels and a wall that hangs the work at true scale.
This site is the first complete record of Anahita’s work: seventy-two works published so far, each with a catalogue number (AE-P for paintings, AE-S for sculpture, AE-W for works on paper), a museum label with medium and dimensions, and a price set by the studio. More works are photographed and measured every week, so the catalogue will keep growing.
Two things are worth knowing if you are new here. Every original is sold once, signed, and leaves the studio with a numbered certificate of authenticity and a story card. And the Selected works wall on the home page hangs the pictures at their true relative size, so a 150 cm canvas looks larger than a 25 cm study, as it would on your own wall; the Life-size setting, once you have matched a bank card to your screen, shows each work at the size it really is.
Enquiries, visits and commissions all go through the contact page. I look after the practical side so that my mother can keep painting.
