Prints to order are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right
Each print is made to order for you, so the fourteen-day right to cancel does not apply once it has gone to the lab. If a print arrives damaged in transit, tell the studio and we will replace or refund it.
Signed, numbered certificate on limited editions
Signed limited editions and collector’s proofs are sent from the studio with a numbered certificate. Open editions are unsigned and unnumbered, and the studio inbox stands behind every print.
Studio collection in Surrey
You are welcome to collect from the studio and meet the artist. Write to the studio after you order and a few times will be offered.
One person answers the studio inbox
Michael reads every message and replies within two working days. If anything about the order is not right, reply to the receipt and we will fix it.
Canvases above 60 × 90 cm will follow once a print-grade photograph of this work exists; the two smaller sizes are offered now.
